By accessing or using Fansted, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users, including creators, subscribers, and visitors.
Fansted is a subscription-based platform that enables content creators to share exclusive content with their subscribers. Creators can set up channels, create subscription plans, and offer exclusive content, downloads, and community features to their fans.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Creators are responsible for the content they publish on Fansted. All content must comply with our community guidelines and applicable laws. Creators must accurately represent their offerings and deliver the content promised to subscribers.
Subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected. Payments are processed through our payment provider, Paystack. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy.
Creators receive payouts for their subscription earnings minus platform fees. Payout schedules and minimum thresholds apply. Creators are responsible for providing accurate banking information and for any applicable taxes on their earnings.
Users may not upload, share, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to terminate accounts of repeat offenders.
Creators retain ownership of their original content. By uploading content, creators grant Fansted a license to display and distribute that content on our platform. Subscribers may not redistribute or resell creator content without permission.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Termination does not affect any accrued rights or obligations.
Fansted is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Fansted after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
